What is ethics?
We will define ethics as the moral obligation that establishes what is good and bad, allowed or desired with respect to an action or a decision, thus things, ethics is the moral behavior that studies and determines how the members of “LA UNITED “

What is the Ethics Committee?
It is the body that guarantees compliance with the internal regulations within “L A United” and the actions of the shareholders, members of the board of directors and all those people who are directly or indirectly linked; Likewise, it monitors cases and establishes penalties for faults in compliance with the rules.
What is the purpose of the ethics committee?
The code of ethics is a guide to professional conduct and its objective is to maintain a uniform line of behavior among the members of the company.
The ethics in “L A UNITED” consists of creating and transmitting values from the top management to all levels of the organization, including the board of directors, the steering committee and the top management as the main examples to follow. It is the obligation that one has to act according to the postulates set forth in the different agreements and previously established norms and its function will always be aimed at the best benefit of the shareholders, acting in accordance with its employees, clients, suppliers, competitors, the Latin community. and the general public; it is about having ethical principles by which “L A UNITED” can achieve a social commitment.
