Who can be hired?

You can hire employees from 16 to 24 years old with Universal Credit.

Terms of placement

The stay must be 6 months
The contract can be extended later or terminated before it ends.
Employers can pay more than NMW or hire for more hours
Employers must provide professional training and support to employees.

How does it work (Estimated Times)

Apply (2 days): Complete an application form. We create all the necessary documentation, consult with the applicant company when necessary and send it to DWP.
DWP submission (4 weeks): The Department of Work and Pensions reviews our submission in 4 weeks. contact is maintained with the applicant company at all times.
Hiring (3 to 6 weeks): It will take up to 2 more weeks for dwp to publish the vacancies. job center plus will provide you with a pool of talented candidates who meet the requirements of your job.
Placement (6 months): After hiring, you will receive your initial payment paid to the account of the applicant company and you will receive salary refunds in monthly installments.
