All projects that arrive at ‘La United Ltd’ will be thoroughly reviewed, in order to verify their viability and serve as a filter before being taken to the Board of Directors. Likewise, this committee will evaluate, analyze and monitor the investments that the company has, seeking to ensure the economic growth of the organization, with profitability and an increase in the investment portfolio. In order to show transparency, objectivity and good practices in the different projects, the members of the investment committee work hand in hand with the ethics committee, which will ensure that all the postulates are complied with according to the best interest of the shareholders.
